Our cancellation policy states we require 48 hours notice from the date of arrival for full refund of any monies to be made. If less than 48 hours notice we will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of 1 nights stay for each room booked.

Check in time 14.00 and guests are requested to check out by 10.30 on their day of departure. Prior arrangements outside these hours can be requested when booking, we are here to help.

Pets and smoking are not permitted.
We do not accept hen and stag parties or large single sex bookings.
